Parade Down Lockwood
A Webster Groves resident put together a fun, celebratory Blues parade for kids this afternoon! Clearly word quickly spread because there were hundreds of people there! Just a fun walk from the library to City Hall, but the kids had signs and noisemakers and a balloon artist handed out balloons to wave. It was such a neat community event!
